Sr. Recruiter AbolerIS Pharma

This is a classic job scam. You are right to be suspicious. Here is a breakdown of all the red flags in this email to confirm your instincts:

  1. The “Invisible” Company

· AbolerIS Pharma has virtually no digital footprint. A legitimate pharmaceutical company would have a professional website, LinkedIn page, and news presence. This one likely does not, or if it does, it is a fake site cloned from a real company.

  1. The “Interview” Process

· This email states you were “reviewed” and hired immediately. Real companies do not hire people for a $29.50/hr job without a formal interview (phone, video, or in-person).

  1. The Recruiter’s Email

· deivineperezz@gmail.com is a huge red flag. A legitimate recruiter for a pharma company would email you from a company domain (e.g., @aboleris-pharma.com or similar). Using Gmail means they have no corporate email setup.

  1. The Timing

· 5:00 AM is indeed unusual. While recruiters do work odd hours sometimes, scammers often send emails at off-hours to avoid immediate scrutiny and to catch you off-guard when you first wake up.

  1. The Job Duties

· The description is incredibly generic. It is a mix of standard customer service tasks and vague administrative duties. It also contains buzzwords meant to sound official (e.g., “meticulous attention to detail”).

What Happens Next?
If you reply to this email, the scammer will likely ask you to fill out a formal “hiring form.” That form will ask for your:

· Full address
· Date of Birth
· Bank account details (for “direct deposit”)
· A scan of your ID or Social Security Number (for a “background check”)

Once they have this information, they will either steal your identity or send you a fake check for “home office equipment” and ask you to send the leftover money to their “vendor.” The check will bounce weeks later, and you will be out the money you sent.

Recommendation:
Do not respond. Mark it as spam/junk and block the sender. If you applied for a job on Indeed, check your application history on Indeed itself to see who you actually applied to.
