Note: Some details may be repeated in different ways to help make things clearer. I just want to be sure everything is easy to understand, even if explained more than once.

📝 Rental Bonus FAQ

Q: How do I get the free bonus week?
A: Pay 4 full weeks in a single payment using the correct option on the meter [Bottom right] that has a “BT” on the meter name. Bonus applies automatically if done correctly. [For now, Angelexe Estates considers 1 month in this situation as 4 weeks to receive the 1 week free]

Q: Can I pay 1 week at a time and still get the bonus?
A: No. The bonus only applies when 4 weeks are paid at once.

Q: Can I move to a different parcel and keep my bonus time?
A: No. Bonus time is tied to the specific land. Moving forfeits the bonus.

Q: What if I want to combine multiple pieces of land?
A: That’s fine, just contact me before paying so I can set up one combined meter for the full area.

Q: Can I transfer bonus time to another region or friend?
A: Nope! Bonus time is non-transferable and for your current rental only.

Q: Do old renters get the bonus too?
A: No, The bonus is meant as a special offer tied to the new rental pricing. Current/older meter keep their rate and the ability to have the features “BT” meters do not have.

Q: How do I know I got the bonus?
A: You will see a message at the same time of payment in the nearby chat “Congratulations, you received a time bonus of 1 week – Thank you for your business!”

Q: Example of what the bonus looks like:
A: The timer shows the exact remaining time, so 4 weeks plus your bonus week will appear as about 1 month and a few extra days. [not exact, but you will see similar to: “1 month, 3 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, 49 seconds remaining.”]

Q: Avoid the bonus time option to freely move, transfer, upgrade, downgrade your land:
A: Since 4 week is causing the bonus at this time, please use the other options, Example to get 4 weeks but not use the bonus: Pay 3 weeks then pay 1 week. Or please request for this feature to be removed from your meter, pricing does not change.

Q: I already have the bonus time and did not want it or want to move/transfer, etc.
A: Yes, it can be removed to have the normal renter experience to move/transfer land, etc, but not the pricing that is available to long term/previous renters.

🎁 By Using the Bonus Time Option, You Agree To:
• Bonus only applies when 4 weeks are paid at once using the correct meter setting.[Bottom right]
• Bonus is non-transferable, it’s locked to the land you paid on.
• No swaps, no upgrades, no moving after bonus is applied. You can still request move as normal, but it forfeits the extra time.
• If you’re combining land, contact me first, bonus might not apply otherwise.
• Trying to abuse the system can lead to bonus removal.
