Renaming Region:
Names requested with brand new region during or after leaving the custom region; Renaming the region can be requested by Angelexe Estates for the L$ equivalent of an exact fee specified by Second Life/Linden Lab. This fee is the L$ equivalent of $25.

Other names are not for sale unless noted, or contact Angelexe Estates Staff for clarification.
Names requested for change from current full region owner is allowed if it was a custom name requested by you or other resident, not one of angelexe original region names.

—You are given Estate manager powers for full customization(terrain textures, rating, and more)
Estate manager can be given to multiple residents as requested, however if a part of the land is abandoned or non-payment, the estate manager will need to be reclaimed from all individuals who had it on the land, and a reasonable covenant will be put in place by Angelexe Estates, changing it to a Shared region status.

The opposite can also happen if one person or group rents all of the land and agrees to full region; it will be converted to full region rental status to have the perks.

Multiple tier boxes can be assigned to a full region, but if any meter goes into non-payment, any active meter payments may be apportioned to keep the region tier in good status.

Do you want a brand new full region?
Subject to availability, Angelexe Estates covers the upfront fee for new region and a custom region name.
-But note that leaving or giving up the region, will be set to market again. The name is not changed unless request is made using terms specified in ‘Renaming Region’.
Weekly rental fee:
L$ 15,000 per week for 30,000 prims
L$ 13,499 per week for 20,000 prims

Increase or decrease(if there is a fee for decrease) prim amount after initial land request will have $30 USD fee paid in L$ conversion.

Region Rollback:
Estate Managers can request a rollback, but the requester (estate manager) pays the associated fee. Rollbacks must be requested via support ticket and can only be initiated by the estate owner or estate manager. Region rollbacks are subject to Second Life/Linden Lab discretion, as per their terms: Region Rollback Guidelines.

Please note: Angelexe Estates will not request or pay for region rollbacks. Estates managers are able to request it as they wish with support tickets. Be cautious when assigning Estate Managers for full region rental or land rights on shared land. Angelexe Estates cannot assist with rollbacks or lost objects.

Moving Region:
Not available for now.

Transferring full region for buy:Not available for now.

By renting land with Angelexe Estates or continuing to rent, you agree to abide by the covenant.
The covenant is subject to change and can be modified at any time. It will be added to all SHARED REGION RENTAL regions within Angelexe Estates for your information. [ It will not be at covenant for FULL REGION RENTALS]
